Strategies for Managing User Experience

As we have discussed earlier in the course, user experience (UX) is very important. The success of your website depends on the user experience. If the user doesn't enjoy the site or thinks it is difficult to use, then they will not use it if there are other options. There are almost always other options! The site must be user-friendly, but it also must be aesthetically pleasing. Most users will not stay at a site that isn't well designed and looks nice. That means a great deal of time and effort must go into the design elements.
