In today's fast-paced work environment, having good workplace ethics and a strong character is super important. They help shape how we act, build trust among colleagues, and create a friendly work vibe. Honesty, accountability, and respect help boost individual behavior, teamwork, and productivity. Being ethical isn’t just a nice thing to do; it’s a must-do that sets the tone for the whole organization. 

This lesson will help you think about how you want to present yourself in a workplace environment. 

How do i know my character?What is character? How do you do what your character is, and how do you know how strong it is?

Character is about the way we behave and the qualities we have, like honesty and sticking to our values even when nobody’s watching.
