Conflict, no matter what career you choose, there will be conflict. Unless you live alone on an island, you will need to know the basics of conflict resolution and mediation. If you plan a career in LPSCS, conflict intervention is a regular part of the job.   In the presentation below you will learn more about the basics of mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution.
