Interdependence of Producers and Consumers
Hello again!
Now that we know what producers and consumers are, as well as goods and services, let’s talk about how they relate to each other.
Consumers need producers to provide goods and services, and producers need consumers so they can make money for their goods and services. The way producers and consumers rely on each other is called interdependence. They all depend on each other, and the economy would struggle if there was no interdependence.
