Introduction

Hello boys and girls. Today we are going to begin writing a nonfiction book.  Today you are going to learn about penguins. We are going to read about penguins  and put the information on our graphic organizer.  We are going to try and add more information on the graphic organizer by adding some details.  Watch the video below.

Boys and girls, you are going to read about eagles.  I want you to find out what eagles look like, what they eat, how they live, and any other interesting facts.  Record your information on the graphic organizer or create your own.

  3. In each section of the graphic organizer, write down what eagles look like, what they eat, where they live, and another fun fact.
  4. Take a picture of your finished graphic organizer.
  5. Make sure to keep your graphic organizer for the next writing assignment.
