Introduction

Hello boys and girls.  Today we are going to read about animals on a farm.  I want you to think about who the characters are in the story and the setting of the story.   We will also talk about the beginning, middle, and end of the story.  Listen to the story below.

Listen to my story.  There was a baker who wanted to bake a cake.  First,  the baker mixed the ingredients. Then she placed it in the oven.  Then the baker decorated the cake.  Place the pictures from the story in the correct order. Think about what happened at the beginning, middle and end.

  2. Then tell me who the characters are and the setting in the story.
