Introduction

Hello boys and girls. Today we are going to learn how to use a rubric to make sure our writing is ready for publication.  You will be turning in a published work today, so watch the video to make sure you are turning in your best piece of writing.

Assignment

 

Today you are turning in a published story to be graded.   Write a story about something that happened to you.  Use the rubric that is in assignments to make sure you have included everything. Then take a picture and upload it to canvas.

  1. Print the rubric Download rubric.
  2. Students will write about something that happened to them.
  3. Check the rubric to be sure that all of the expectations have been met.
  4. Take a picture of the finished story and upload it to Canvas on the next page.
