Assignment

Today, I would like for you to think of a word that has to do with your story. You will say that word slowly and write the sounds you hear.

Directions: 

1.  Students, draw a picture.
2.  Now, think of a word to go with your picture.  Have them say the word slowly and write the sounds they hear.  Do not spell the word for them, but encourage them to try.
3. Take a picture of their finished story and submit to assignments on the next page.
