Today, we are going to learn about a specific holiday that is important and celebrated by many all throughout the country.  Today, we are going to learn about Independence Day. In your social studies journal: Draw a picture that shows how your family celebrates Independence Day. For example, if your family celebrates by cooking food with family and setting off fireworks, then draw a picture showing that.
