Introduction

For the last couple of weeks, we have been sorting or grouping objects using our senses.  This week we will learn about grouping objects by what sinks and what floats.  This week we will learn about what it means to sink or float and why some objects sink and some float.  We can imagine things sinking or floating in the water or even in the air.  Today we will learn what makes something float.
