🟩Day 74: Sky Patterns: Night Time Sky

Sky Patterns:  Night Time Sky (Day 74)

Introduction

We have learned a lot about the sky at night.  We learned that the moon is visible at night because the sun shines on the moon.  We also learned about stars!  Stars don’t move, we do!  Stars are also very hot and are not star shaped at all, but they are instead shaped like a sphere!  Today we will learn about the animals that are active at night.  Last week we learned about diurnal animals, or animals that are active during the day.  Animals that are active at night are called nocturnal.
