πŸ’› Day 30: Sorting By Our Senses

Sorting By Our Senses (Day 30)

Introduction

Let’s explore a little more about our sense of touch.  Our skin is what we use to feel things.  Some things, like a pillow, may be soft.  While other things, like a door, may be hard.  We can also use our sense of touch to tell us if something is cold or hot, or even bumpy or smooth.  Sometimes we may not like how something feels.  Like, if something that we are wearing is scratchy and itches.  We can group things by how they feel using the sense of touch as our observation tool.

In Your Journal

Today you will share one thing that is soft and one thing that is bumpy or rough.  Look around your house or outside to find something to share.  If you are outside, have an adult with you.
