Day 18: All About Counting (forward, backward, and counting on) 

Introduction

Let’s continue to work on counting up to 100 by ones, counting on and cardinality (knowing that the last number counted is the amount in the group).  Today we will work on cardinality.  If you have a group of objects and count them one at a time like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and you are asked how many there are, you would say 6 and not count them again.  In your work today, you will count a set of objects up to 100 and tell the total number in the group.
