Day 14: All About Counting (forward, backward, and counting on)

Introduction

Yesterday we reviewed counting by tens.  Today we will review counting by ones up to 100.  There are patterns when we count by ones just like there are when we count by tens.  The first digit changes and the second digit changes too, but at different times.  For example, it goes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20.
