Day 12: Patterns All Around

Introduction

Remember that a pattern is a set or unit that repeats.  You would need to sort the objects first and then place them in a pattern.  Patterns can be created and extended.  If we extend a pattern, we continue the pattern.  Patterns can be made with numbers, shapes, colors, and really anything that can have a different characteristic or attribute.  If we use shapes as a pattern, it could look like a triangle, square, triangle, square, triangle, square, and so on.  Today you will learn more about extending a pattern and review a video from Day 8.
