Day 18: Classify and Count Data

Introduction

Where have you seen or used a graph?  Are there places that you could use a graph to show information or data?  Maybe you are working on a goal of jumping jacks.  Let’s say you wrote down how many you did on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  After those days you could look at a graph to see if you did more than the first day, the same, or less.  Let’s learn more about graphing data!

Think about how the graphs were used in the video today.  Look at some of your toys and see if you can make a graph.  Share what you come up with in Flip.
