Day 13: Sorting and Classifying

Introduction

Sorting objects can help in a lot of ways.  We can sort things and then compare them.  If we want to know how many of one thing that we have in our toy box, we would need to sort them and count them to compare.  If there is a box of cars and they are all mixed together, you might sort them to see what you have.  You can then see if you have more of one color than another or more of one kind than another.  Today we will explore sorting objects and counting the ones in each group.
