Day 5: Identify and Describe Shapes 

Introduction

Today we will sort shapes by 2-D and 3-D shapes.  Remember a 2-D shape is flat and a 3-D shape has sides.  Some examples of 2-D shapes are triangles, circles, squares, ovals, and rectangles.  Examples of 3-D shapes are spheres, cubes, pyramids, and prisms.
