Day 19: Numerals 11-20

Introduction

As we work our way through the numbers 0 through 20, the next number will be nineteen.  Nineteen is a teen number with one group of ten and nine ones.  We can write it as a numeral and a word.  Let's practice counting to nineteen.  1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19.  After you watch the video about 19, you will practice writing the numeral 19 in your math journal and making a set of 19 objects.
