Day 13: Numerals 11-20

Introduction

We have worked with two teen numbers so far, eleven and twelve.  The next number is thirteen.  The number thirteen is one ten and three ones.  We count to thirteen like this:  1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13.  Can you count thirteen objects?  Can you make a set of one one ten and three ones?  After watching the video today, try to write the numeral 13 and make a set of thirteen!  Use tens and ones to help you.
