Introduction

Today is the last day of our focus on composing numbers to make ten.  Let’s review.  When we compose numbers we are combining or putting together numbers.  We learned that there are many ways to make ten and that there is a pattern in the two groups that we can combine to make ten.

In your math journal: Use your math manipulative to compose 10 in different ways.  Draw a picture of the ways that you can make ten and share on Flip.
