Introduction

What are some ways that you have used addition this week at home?  Has it been at dinner when you have 3 chicken nuggets but want 10 so you ask for 7 more?  Or maybe you are playing with a friend and they have 8 dolls and you want 8 but you only have 4 so you know you need 4 more?  Today we will work on addition problems up to ten.
