Day 12: All About Counting (forward, backward, and counting on)

Introduction

Today let’s review counting on.  When we count on, you start at a given number and count forward from that number.  If I ask you to count on from 11, your next numbers would be 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and so on.  If you knew there were five in a set, you don’t have to count those five, you just count on.  The next number would be 6, then 7, 8, 9, and so on.
