Day 3: Race to 20

Introduction

Today we will continue to work on counting objects up to twenty.  Let’s remember that when there is nothing to count or no objects present we say that there are zero objects.  Zero is the first number on a number line.  We start at one when there is an object present in a group to count.  When we count objects up to twenty, the order is like this:  one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty.  Let’s continue with our review by watching some examples.
