GRAMMAR
Nouns
Introduction
Hi Grammarians! Today, we will be learning about singular vs. plural nouns!
A noun can be a person, place, thing, or idea. If you have one of the item, the noun is called a singular noun, like the word "sister." If you have more than one, you have plural like "sisters."
Sometimes, changing singular nouns to plural nouns in English can change based upon the word and what it looks like! There are 8 rules to follow for changing singular to plural. Today, we will learn the last four!

READING
Inferences
Introduction
Readers, we are finishing up our inferencing practice today, but we can continue to work on our inferencing skills throughout the course of the year. Our biggest understanding from inferences should be that the text clues and background knowledge work together to help create an inference.
