En este próximo módulo, vamos a explorar las carreras en el campo de las relaciones internacionales.

In this module, we will be continuing our research into the International Affairs career pathway. We will also explore the benefits of knowing a second language in this workforce.

There are several careers in this pathway that would ultimately require the knowledge of a second language, such as politics, environmental sustainability, human rights, and international law. We will explore these fields more in-depth over the next several days at the same time that we build on our language skills. As your skills continue to develop in all areas: reading, speaking, and listening, you'll experience overall improvement. Practice in these areas is the key to language learning.

Essential Questions

  1. What are possible careers in International Affairs?  
  2. How can we prepare ourselves to become better employees and candidates for jobs?
  3. How do we use the subjunctive tense to relay messages of doubt or improbability in Spanish?
