Am I a Good Digital Citizen?
A good digital citizen treats others with respect, uses good judgment, and protects their personal information. Practicing good digital citizenship makes our digital world a safer environment for everyone. In order to be a good digital citizen, you must understand the importance of your digital footprint. Did you know that everything you do online is traced back to you? Your digital footprint is a history of all your activity online. Social media activity, info on a personal or work website, browsing history, online subscriptions and any photo galleries and videos you’ve uploaded.
Practicing good digital citizenship and maintaining a good digital footprint makes of the characteristics that define a good digital citizen.
