Native American and Aztec Mythology
Native American mythology encompasses many tribes and regions of North America. Because North American is rich in Indian tribes, the stories and mythologies often differ from tribe to tribe. However, like other cultures, Native American mythology possesses many of the common trademarks found in other areas, such as gods/goddesses, trickster figures, and creation stories. The Aztec mythology of Mexico is no different. While some details may differ, it still holds true to mythology's central characteristics.
