WI - "Weather and Internet" Review Lesson

Now that you have completed the initial assessments for this module, review the lesson material with the practice activities and extra resources.  

The two seasons, summer and winter, are "xià tiān 夏天" and "dōng tiān 冬天". If you need to talk about the weather of today, you may say "今天天气很好啊" "jīn tiān tiān qì hěn hǎo a". You may also use the following pattern to talk about the cold winter in Beijing "北京冬天最冷的时候零下十几度。 Běi jīng dōng tiān zuì lěng de shí hòu líng xià shí jǐ dù". To ask what you usually do when surfing the internet, you could say "你平时上网做什么呢？ nǐ píng shí shàng wǎng zuò shén me ne?"

If you are not so familiar with these sayings and words/sentences, you can repeat them several times from the content area until you feel very comfortable and confident. Remember, you need to understand both pinyin (pronunciations) and appropriate Chinese expressions in Chinese characters. Thank you for your hard work in this course.
