ND - "Numbers and Dormitories" Review Lesson

Now that you have completed the initial assessments for this module, review the lesson material with the practice activities and extra resources.  

To ask for someone's phone number, you could say "Nín de diàn huà shì duō shǎo ？您的电话是多少？". When you want to ask someone answer the phone, you may say ""Qǐng wèn ，……zài ma？请问，……在吗？". And the answer could be "Qǐng shāo děng. "请稍等"or" Bù  hǎo yì sī ，tā xiàn zài bú zài 。不好意思，他/她现在不在。". If you get the wrong number, you may say "Bù  hǎo yì sī ，wǒ dǎ cuò le.不好意思，我打错了。" To describe the place you live, you can say ""Wǒ de gōng yù yǒu yí  gè kè tīng，yí  gè wò shì ，yí  gè chú fáng, yí gè wèi shēng jiān，hái yǒu yí  gè dà yáng tái  。我的公寓有一个客厅，一个卧室、一个厨房、一个卫生间，还有一个大阳台。"

If you are not so familiar with these sayings and words/sentences, you can repeat them several times from the content area until you feel very comfortable and confident. Remember, you need to understand both pinyin (pronunciations) and appropriate Chinese expressions in Chinese characters. Thank you for your hard work in this course.
