Introduction 

In this module, you will learn how to ask someone's phone number by using "tā de diàn huà shì duō shǎo?他的电话是多少?". To ask someone to answer the phone, you could say "qing wen ……zai ma? 请问……在吗?". If he is not here you can say "bù hǎo yì si, tā xiàn zài bú zài. 不好意思,他现在不在。". You will also learn how to say different rooms of your apartment in Chinese, such as kè tīng(客厅), wò shi(卧室), chú fáng(厨房), wèi shēng jiān(卫生间), yáng tái(阳台), etc.

When you want to ask someone's number, you can say "nǐ/tā de diàn huà shì duō shǎo?你/他/她的电话是多少?" .To answer this kind of question, you should figure out some Chinese expressions. The most frequently used numbers are zero to nine. in Chinese, they are "líng, yī, èr, sān, sì, wǔ ,liù, qī , bā, jiǔ". To rent an apartment, you may use the words like "kè tīng客厅,wò shì卧室,chú fáng厨房,wèi shēng jiān卫生间,yáng tái阳台 etc. With these words you will be able to make a brief description about your apartment.
