MF - "Money and Food" Review Lesson

Now that you have completed the initial assessments for this module, review the lesson material with the practice activities and extra resources.  

In this Module, we have learned how to ask prices and sizes in Chinese. The useful patterns are "zhè ge duō shǎo qián? 这个多少钱？"nín yǎo duō dà de? 您要多大的？". And you may also use the words "kuài块、mǎo毛、dà hào 大号、zhōng hào 中号、xiǎo hào 小号" in your shopping. When you order dishes in a restaurant, you could use the following sentences such as "wǒ yào gǔ lǎo ròu, bú fàng qīng jiāo. 我要咕咾肉，不放青椒" and "qǐng gěi wǒ mén yì xiē kuài zi hé cān jīn zhǐ. 请给我们一些筷子和餐巾纸。"

If you are not so familiar with these sayings and words/sentences, you can repeat them several times from the content area until you feel very comfortable and confident. Remember, you need to understand both pinyin (pronunciations) and appropriate Chinese expressions in Chinese characters. Thank you for your hard work in this course.
