What is a healthy body composition?
Everyone wants to be as attractive and healthy as possible. Today people are becoming more concerned about their physical appearance. There is a greater awareness of diet and exercise than ever before. This can be seen by the growth in businesses such as weight reduction centers, aerobic dance studios, health clubs, and in the endless number of fitness and weight control products. In this microlesson you will learn information that will help you understand body composition.

Reflection...
Body composition is made up of your body fluids, lean body mass, and body fat. Just remember that height and weight charts can be misleading because they do not indicate how much of your body weight is lean body mass and how much is body fat. Your goal should be to look and feel as healthy as possible.
