Reflection

Muscular endurance and strength are important components of fitness. Abdominal strength was assessed with your curl-ups. Abdominal strength and endurance are important because they promote good posture and low back health. Upper body strength, which was measured with your push-ups, is important for daily living and also promotes good posture.
