Exercise Routine
WEEKLY WORKOUTS! 15 minutes
STEP 1: 10 MINUTES
WARMING EXERCISE
Get warm and loose and ready to work out!
STEP 2: PUSH UPS 3 sets 12 repetitions. Remember you can always modify your push-up as needed.
STEP 3: BACK SQUATS 3 sets 10 repetitions. Make sure to keep your knees behind your toes.
STEP 4: THE TABLE 3 sets 20 seconds each. Focus on your core and your breathing.
STEP 5: ARM LATERAL RAISES 3 sets 15 repetitions. For a little extra, hold your arm outs a little long at the top.

  • Workouts! Make sure you choose something fun and watch your healthy fitness zone.
  • Assignments, discussions, quizzes, and tests - Watch the due dates!
  • Read the grading feedback left by your instructor. This will help you master all standards laid out in the personal fitness course.
  • Check your GAVS email daily. Other classmates as well as your instructor will communicate to you through this medium.
  • Attend the weekly chats or watch the recordings.

Home workouts are important!

Even though this is an online class, you are still expected to workout at home. You will be able to personalize the types of workouts in accordance with your interests. The assignments and workouts will help you to develop a plan to be healthy and fit as an adult.
