General Instructions:  All citizens of the United States are guaranteed certain liberties by the US Constitution (Bill of Rights). In addition, other rights and privileges have been extended through constitutional amendment and state and federal laws. That said, citizens of the United States are also held to a certain standard and entrusted with specific civic responsibilities. Do you know the difference between your rights and your responsibilities?
