In this module we will explore the importance of nutrition and physical activity for good health. We will look at making healthful food choices, managing weight, and improving fitness with physical activity.

Nutrition for Your Health: Choosing the right foods is important for lifelong good health. To make healthful food choices, people need to understand the many influences on food choices.
Managing Weight: The focus will be on healthful ways to manage weight as a teenager during a time when you are going through many changes.
Eating Disorders and Lifelong Nutrition: We will look at body image, eating disorders, and lifelong nutrition. These help us understand how to deal with normal issues as we get older and work toward lifelong health.
Physical Activity and Healthy Eating: The benefits of being physically active and specific ways in which to improve physical fitness is important for lifelong health.
