PRP - Research Project
Research Project
The following will be required in the last module, but it is essential to start this project soon.
Annotated Bibliography
An annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, and documents. Each citation is followed by a brief (usually about 150 words) descriptive and evaluative paragraph, the annotation. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited.
- 5 internet sources (blogs, organization websites, etc.)
- 5 journal articles
- 5 news sources
- 1 monograph (book on a single topic)
Ambiguity
The essay will present a comprehensive perspective on a narrow topic. The writing will be formal and formatted in MLA style. The text should be 5-7 pages in length.
Presentation
The presentation will present the findings as well as the opinion of the research essay. A short Powerpoint presentation of 5-10 slides with audio narration will be submitted and shared.
