Shopping
One of the things you would definitely enjoy when you travel abroad is shopping. Going to different stores and shops on the streets to find unique things you cannot buy at home is an exciting experience. From the latest electronic gadgets and accessories to traditional hand painted tea sets and silk kimonos, shopping in Japan will not disappoint you. The only caution you have to take is how much you are going to spend. This module will help you obtain the skills to survive your dream shopping spree in a Japanese market.

- How do you ask and state the price of objects and the quantity of things?

Goals
By the end of this module, for listening and speaking skills, you will be able to describe objects in terms of color, greet someone after a long time, ask and state the price of objects and the quantity of things, count from 100 through 9,999, and count objects using the general counters hitotsu, futatsu, mittsu.... For reading and writing skills, you will learn to read and write katakana マミムメモヤユヨ& small ャュョ , and comprehend novice level written materials containing hiragana, katakana, and kanji on the topic of shopping. For cultural understanding, you will learn about Japanese currencies.
