FMA: Overview

Food and Manners

"No sushi! No raw fish!" could be your grandparent's comment on the most famous and favored Japanese food. How about your parents? How about you? Besides sushi, there are many other Japanese dishes you might like; you just haven't tried them yet. In this module, you will be introduced to a variety of Japanese food, and Japanese table manners, so you can impress your company and sushi chef during the next trip to a Japanese restaurant.
