Getting Around

By now you have learned how to introduce yourself and your family. You have learned how to talk about your school a little. It is time for you to look around and walk around a little to describe what you see, what you want, and what you need. You might want a new car instead of an old one. You might want a small computer instead of a large one. You may need to make phone calls in order to get things you need or want. In this module, you will learn how to get around....a little more.

Essential Questions:

  • How do you ask for an object?
  • How do you ask who owns the object?
  • How do you ask where things are?
  • How do you describe different sizes?
  • Can you understand teacher's commands in the classroom?
  • Can you give a phone number and make a phone call?
  • What are kateikyooshi and juku?
