There are two segments (Beginning-17:35 and 17:36-End). Take a break after watching the first segment (pause the video at 17:35), then come back to watch the remainder of the episode. There is no need to watch it all at once!

Also, while watching, pause the video often to practice the lessons and to fill out answers on the Check Sheet. When Tim-sensei asks his students to do something, you should try it too!
