Nominative and Accusative Cases with Clothing

When talking about clothing in German, one generally will be using the clothing terms as subjects or direct objects in a sentence. Therefore, it is important to have a command of the nominative case - when using a clothing article as a subject in a sentence, and the accusative case - when using a clothing term as a direct object.  

Let's examine both the nominative and accusative cases in these contexts.
