Georgia’s New Constitution

Introduction

Georgia's New Constitution icon After the United States and Georgia implemented their constitutions, the populations quickly realized they were not going to work. Georgia set off to write a new constitution which is very similar to the constitution that the United States will create to replace the Articles of Confederation. Let’s begin by looking at the changes in Georgia and then ultimately looking at the larger changes at the national level.

Think About This

Now that the United States and Georgia had solid Constitutions they will begin to flourish. Even with government infrastructure in place, political divides will begin to set the country into a new path. Troubles with land expansion and Native American disputes will begin to consume the focus of the new country.
