(CT) Conflict and Change Lesson

Conflict and Change

It is important to understand that when there is conflict, change is the result. Sometimes those changes are improvements and at other times, they are not. Why does change always follow conflict? If we look at why conflicts occur, it will help us understand why conflict leads to change. Many times, conflicts occur because of a lack of a resource and the need to share it or agree on its use. The resources that are the source of conflict may be natural, such as land, water, oil, or minerals, or man-made; such as money or power.
