EE - Economic Behavior Lesson
Economic Behavior
What is Economic Behavior? Economic behavior is how people and businesses react to economic activities. People will sometimes do things that don’t make economic sense because of psychological forces they aren’t even aware of. Businesses will react to events in the economy and make decisions that have a big impact on their business and customers. What drives these decisions? Sometimes it is logical reasoning, but sometimes it is other things that cause people and businesses to act the way they do.
