Employability skills—also known as work ethic, soft skills, lifelong learning skills, workplace readiness skills, or 21st century skills—refers to the general skills and knowledge that are necessary for success in the labor market at all employment levels and in all sectors.

The Dramatic Writing course is the only Fine Arts course that currently includes employability skills in the list of Georgia Standards of Excellence. In this micro-lesson, we will look at each of the employability skills associated with Dramatic Writing and how they can be demonstrated.
