You should take into consideration all parties involved with the business and consider how the decision will impact them. The decision should also be based on what is right even if that decision is not a popular option. Finally, the decision should be in alignment with the goals and objectives of the business.

Ethical values such as honesty, fairness, and responsibility are common in many career fields. Ethical decisions will vary based on the profession; however, there are many practical steps you can take to be an ethical student and employee.
